Hey Jason,
I run 3 x 400 , I am very happy with them, the pic you show is of the old type. They were the dimmable ones. The newer type has more output. 415 watts i believe, but are not dimmable. Eballasts cannot be rebuilt, Icecap can. Service for each are not even comparable....Ice cap, hands down. A very happy customer here. Marc.
