![]() What is a good combo? I was looking at a Toby puffer and a dwarf Loin. My tank is going to be 50-65G.
Thanks, Eric |

![]() You may have something there as Tobies (generally) are much less homicidal than some of their cousins. Tank size sounds OK, filter heavy though as Tobies can be messy eaters.

Thanks for the info Sushiman ![]() What would be a good fish to have with this guy? I was thinking of One more here is my list (Dwarf/Zebra Lionfish, Undulate Triggerfish, Marine Betta, Wrasse, or a snowflake Eel). Can I have any inverts in the same tank with him? I was thinking of (a Linckia Sea Star or a Spiny Blue Lobster) Thanks for the help. Eric |

![]() Eric,
I think a dwarf lionfish and a snowflake eel would do pretty well in that size of tank. The snowflake eel may get to be a reasonable size but they arent active besides night time and when they get fed. Make sure you have a good skimmer as they can produce a fair amount of waste. Steve |

![]() I would not put a blue spiny in a 50g they get huge. You would need atleast a 150g unless you got a small one and had a plan to move it when it gets big..As for the fish I have a dogface puffer and a leaf lip grouper(clown grouper) and they get along great.Hope this helps.

![]() Eric,
You can try this combo: http://www.liveaquaria.com/product/p...cfm?pCatId=250 with: http://www.liveaquaria.com/product/p...cfm?pCatId=230 or http://www.liveaquaria.com/product/p...cfm?pCatId=225 Any one of the above should work with an eel as well. Steve |

![]() Assume the Undulated Trigger will slaughter them all! This is a "Bad Boy" among triggers.
Don't totally rule out a clean-up crew, I have very large hermits, serpent stars & knobby sea cucumbers holding their own against a Lunare Wrasse, Clown Trigger, Panther Grouper, Zebra Moray & Snowflake Moray. I have made sure that there are plenty of shells of appropriate size too. Just think mean! |

![]() i had a saddled toby a snowflake and a lion together with no problems but the loin was a lot larger than the toby, the toby lives with a couple cardinals and has never picked at any fins, while a had a fingerprint toby that picked at everyones fins so it might just depend on the fishs personality wether you would have any issues or not.
