![]() I have a 30" long tank (Finnex M-TAnk). I wanted to upgrade the lighting from a 30" PC strip to MH+(PC or T5). I obsessed about finidng a 30" fixture. Nobody makes them (well, two or three models maybe).
I ended up getting a 24" Aqua medic 250w MH + T5 fixture and I couldn't be happier. Don't waste any time thinking you need anything longer than 24". My new acrylic tank is 33" long and the 24" Aqua medic will be going over that too - plenty of coverage. My $0.02. |
