GRD / L / N are pretty simple... LL / LH actually don't matter - the bulb should light either way it's oriented.
Do tie in a grounding wire from the fixture to the power ground, made a noticeable difference on mine getting it to fire. Email ivan and get him to send you a new ballast - these ballasts seem to be troublesome (I just gave up on mine and got a 150 w/ magnetic ballast from dez). Andy
