If not enough water is being pushed, does it cause a problem not transmitting enough oxygen into the water or you have not run across that situation yet? thanks

haven't ever come across that problem, however you can hook an airtube up to the tube to force air through.

Thanks again for the advice, I went to check a fluval4+, although the capacity is small -55gallon performance, it'll be the way to go.

Too bad ur not from calgary, mine is just sitting in storage waiting to be sold.
