The cases you buy for $80 are pretty cool looking now, just not original. Before you could buy them readily, I cut a tri-angular hole in my case, installed plexi, painted it up, put in a fan with blue and red LEDs, and put in a matching blue and red cathode ray tube.

I still use this case today, might not be as fancy as the new cases, but I made it myself! I had to put in a new power supply when I upgraded due to the additional 12v requirement of new motherboards/CPUs now though.

Are you upgrading your whole computer, or just the case? P4 3.0 should be plenty fast even for the newest games, if you have the right video card.

Yeah im gonna have to agree with Rory on this 3Ghz with 2Gb ram should be doing you fine.
What kind of video card are you running?

2 pci express geforce 7800 GTX's overclocked, SLI of course i'll upload a pic of my case later on when i hook my digi cam back up.

OMG, and why do you want to upgrade? Those two video cards cost almost as much as my entire computer.

What games are you into? I am really into Day of Defeat Source right now.
