Default Fragging my Colt Coral

My colt coral takes up about 1/4 of my 90 gallon tank. Can someone tell me how I can prune my colt coral and possibly frag some of the cuttings? Thanks

very hardy, take out of tank cut anywhere really, I prefer to get some base, but any clippings will do. push toothpic through and lightly secure the ends to a rock with rubber bands, 2-3 weeks remove toothpic and the colt frag should have attached, Will slime up when cutting so rinse well outside of tank before putting back in. Cheers

Can you put the mother colony back in the tank after a quick wash as well?
