![]() Does anyone know who is selling GE1200 silicone in Calgary these days?
I also understand that Silicone 1 is safe to use. Can you buy Silicone 1 at Rona or Home Depot? Thanks, Jim |

![]() Jim check out Canadian Tire. They have a silicone the states safe for aquarium use normally in stock. (Mastercraft brand I belive.)
I have used many tubes and it works great and is fairly cheap. ![]() |

![]() I went through this exercise a couple months ago too Jim, it's surprising how hard it is to find that.
Anyhow, GE1200, for absolute certain, you can get at Bow Valley/Interamerican for something like $10 per tube. I remember also that "Able O-rings" was suggested to me as a source for GE1200. I'll see if I can dig up the thread with all the suggestions that were made to me, and I'll post a link to it in here (for what it's worth .. in the hopes that it is somewhat helpful!)

![]() Here is that other thread: http://www.canreef.com/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=20237
Apparently $8 per tube from Interamerican for the GE1200.

![]() Good luck getting it from InterAmerican though. I've been short on the stuff for over three weeks now.
The Mitch strikes again!
