Liquid Reactor contains Calcium, with Strontium & Magnesium in it.

I use the Seachem Mg I just follow the directions for the beginer which I think is 1 TSP per 20g twice a week, but I normally do once a week half way between my water changes and I have noticed a difference. The article Muck posted says it is more for SPS but I noticed more of a difference in my LPS and softies

Epson Salts is the cheap alternative (kinda like using pickling lime for Kalk)

Dowflake is used for raising calcium, instead of using a brand name calcium chloride such as Turbo Calcium
