![]() I have a black oscellaris clown who hides n the back corner of my tank. The wierd thing is that he seems to only hide when my metal halide is on. He is out swimming all over when only the pc fixture is on.
Has any one experienced this with their clown before? He almost seems like he doesnt like the bright light. He isnt a new arrival so it isnt s case of being shocked by the new lighting. Any thoughts?

![]() I have a pair of ocellaris clowns who used to hang out under the rockwork in their old tank. Even now in their new tank, with their relatively new GBTA, they will still hang out under the rockwork when not in the GBTA. Clowns are funny creatures, no pun intended. There's a long thread on RC on the most unusual places they host.

![]() I think mine has actually chosen my magfloat as his hosting spot.
He loves it, just stays right next to it all day.

![]() is it a new clown or a new light? How long has he been doing this? The bonus is he is 'hosting' near a fixture you can move easily.
