What type of cannister filter is the Eheim? Model #?

I'm not sure on the model Number as the lable has been worn off....But it has a pump mounted on the top of it, it also has a hose barb on the bottom of the unit and it has 2 acrylic discs one at the bottom one at the top which have many holes drilled into them, the hose barb goes in to the unit below the bottom acrylic disc. It's a translucent green acrylic canister!!
