For the outside pane I use a little vinegar and water and a soft cloth. Inside ..........well....magnet...razor......credit card.....elbow grease and most time if it's not too bad I just ignore it.

Make sure you use a soft dry cloth after cleaning to polish the glass. Takes away any fog.
