Yup, definitely cyano... problems we ALL have to deal with at one time or another... siphon out all that you can.... then try to find the root of the problem...

Cyano flourishes with high phosphate and nitrate levels... so maybe try cutting back on your feeding, or make sure something hasn't died... it also grows in low flow areas, so you can try changing and/or increasing flow... and lastly, a sudden cyano bloom can mean lights that are needing replacing...
