Ouch - I'm in pain

You know your getting older when your mind is like a 20 year old and your body is mid 30’s. I played ball hockey Wednesday and I tore my groin muscle. Damn that hurt. I needed help from the wife just getting in and out of bed. The only good thing was that I had a day off yesterday and my wife had to wait on me, which is nice for a change.

I also got to spend a lot of time looking at the tank. Not much on TV at 2 in the afternoon unless you like crying ladies who lost their husband to the baby sitter, or maybe they ran off with her sister or what ever the new thing is for today.

Where is the lady with the mgic sponge??? :D

Playoffs in 2 weeks, hope I’m up for it??
