well a lot has changed in the cg industry (and it changes so quickly at that) Since your schooling, the software is built more towards artist then programmers. The creative brain power in the industry is unbelievable. The stuff that the artist comes up with is crazy. Has any one seen the new block buster commercials with the bunny and Guinea pigs? they blow my mind. I just finished my schooling in 3D animation and VFX from BCIT. I'm currently working on a Visual effects shot of a girl walking a dragon down a city street. (its a lot of fun) Where is it that your working now?

PS your right, I almost did give up on my dream but I don't plane to relent. Have you ever thought about going back to school and getting a job at Pixar?
