Hey no its all good. Those are some great pictures. I can't remember what the lens is like on your camera but instead of using a tripod I set the lens right agains the glass with my camera. Helps hold it steady and I get the camera as close to my critter as possible
I actually use a tripod. There is that minimum focal distance of 1.5 cm to worry about, so I can't go right against the glass. In addition I am too lazy to take multiple shots. I guess I harken back to the days of film. One of these days I will go out and get a bigger card.

Yeah mine has a minimum focal distance of 3cm. None of my corals are that close to the glass so I figure it can't hurt. I get some great shots that way
