Checked it out, tank is in very good condition, almost no scratches at all.
It wasn't what I am looking for but it is a good deal, he was willing to drop the price to $400
It includes Oak stand
DIY Fluorescent lights
Amiracle Sump
Some Live Rock and some snails.
Plus odds and ends (food/Additives)

He needs to sell quickly so I mentioned I'd remind people that it's a good deal.
