If you don't have any rubble, you can always take a hammer & chisel to an ugly piece of LR & break it up into smaller pieces. I've done that & within a few weeks, you can't tell the difference when algae/coraline begins to colour up everything.
However, if you just want plugs, contact James or Wendell at Ocean Aquatics & see if they have any available to ship up to you.  Anthony
