Dwight,
Now is the time to deal with the aptaisia once and for all.... If they haven't spread everywere, I would remove the offending pieces of rock and re-cure them... IMO Peppermint Shrimp are good for small ones, but established larger ones are a pain... i have but one... squirted him 3 or 4 times now... and he's getting BIGGER! I'm taking out his rock and going to put him in an epoxy grave...  Way easier to deal with now than after you get 2 grand worth of corals for them to eat...  Just my 2 bits...
