edmonton calgary run

just want to let you know i am heading up to edmonton on fri and coming down on sunday night.

let me know if you need something to bring down or up. i try not to overdo the runs since i need to spend time with my families and extended family ( if you know what i mean ).

Sorry for the short notcie but I will be heading up to Edmonton on Sat Sept 2 and comming back that nite. The day is pretty busy but if I can fit it in I will.

One day work will find a way to give advacne notice but hey what can you do.
