Default MH lighting sysetm and filter

Ok parting out my 50gal hex

250 watt pendent light with 3 month old coralife bulb 6,500K and extra brand new coralife bulb 6,500K. Pendent is in a nice sliver color. $175

Eheimee 2215 filter with customflow peep kit and filter media. $99

50gal hex with matching stand. some scraches on the glass but is in great shap and is running right now. $70

Everything is in great condition.

The 250watt ligh is a complete system with pendent, blast, and bulb. Plug and go.

6500k? can coral even grow at that temp?

4500-6500 kelvin is natural sunlights color temp all you need to do is add the actinic lighting and you are set.

6500k will probably give you the fastest growth you'll see in a tank. The Iwasaki 65k are the brightest bulbs I've seen. There way too yellow for my liking, but they crank out the PAR! Not sure how they'd compare to Coralife, but yes, 65k can grow coral well.

I used these on my fresh water tanks so that's why I got the 6,500K. These are full spectrum bulbs so like every one says here hey are bang for your buck.

These lights are mogule and are bell pendent shaped.
