There is a thread about this by Melev on RC and I got the setup described in the thread.
It is actually a clip-on regular desk lamp type light (to hold a screw in bulb). For the bulb you use a spiral cf floodlamp, they sell them at HD. Better than just using a regular spiral cf bulb because the floodlamp has a built-in reflector. I have two of these in my sump growing chaeto.
