It also says on the website: "Mr. Sticky'sŪ Underwater Glue has passed the "DOHS (Title 22) Hazardous Waste Bioassay using Flathead Minnows test.: This test is specified under the California Department of Fish and Game's regulations. Please review it and decide for yourself if it is sufficient to warrant usage in your situation."
