Between two Canadians, as long as both parties have accounts at one of the bigger banks (i.e. TD, Royal, BMO, etc.), you can do an interac email transfer. You need to do your banking online, but other than that, it's pretty slick. I prefer this method over paypal. Anyhow, I recommend looking into it. I'm not sure, but it may be cheaper altogether than paypal. I make a habit to avoid paypal as often as possible so I don't really know the ins and outs of paypal all that well.

I always use interac email transfer as well, I hate it when I have to use paypal.
