cleaner shrimp/wrasses

are either of them really effective at removing ick?do they get at the ones under the fishes slime?if i added one of each could they help keep ick in check?thanks for the input.

I have both 4 cleaners and 2 wrasse. They all work well at cleaning the fish from ick and other parrisites. But what I find that works best is a good meal of food soaked in garlic. I have not had a problem for more than 2 days using garlic
