OK since the long weekends seem to be the only bad date for people lets set the date for Saturday July 23rd. It can start as early as the earliest arrival and end when the last car pulls out.
How's that for flexible times.
We'll keep July 16th as a backup date for now incase of mass 23rd can't make its. I've aso put a bit of seafood into the freezer already but since the commercial prawn season started, am lacking there, but will keep trying. With 4 valid fishing licences in the house, we are allowed to stock up quite a bit of food.
