By the way, regarldess of service class, if you package is not duty free (ie not from a NAFTA origin), you better go clear and pay the custom yourself using the procedure above. This is because anytime UPS pays the duty in order to clear the package, they are essentially lending you money in advance. They will charge you a disbursement fee for this. Another way for them to jack the price up.
