Stone like bruise at top of tank

My tank is 150 gallons. It measures 48" long, 30" high and 24" wide. There is a stone like bruise on the inside of the tank about 2" from the top,right on the seal. The tank has never had water in it, I think the damage was done in shipping. Does anybody know if the seal will eventually let go because of this?

Is it cracked? Chipped? if so I would not put water in it

if it has a chip call the people that you bought it from.
dont put water in it.man what a mess when they come apart
just finished fixing my place. iam now aloud to sleep in my bed.
