![]() The tank is a 20gal high with a normal flourecent(sp?) under a closed plastic canopy.There is 1 maxi jet 1200 with a sponge prefilter.The temp is always above 85f(no heater).Is it possible that it is caused by the single light being under a closed top?

![]() could be a combanation of room temp, the light, no evaporation ect.. lots of little things adding up. If you can put a vent in the hood with a small fan and go from there.
