Not sure of the Vancouver area, unfortunately. A freshwater hobbiest/friend of ours found it at All-West plastics in Edmonton, so it definately exists. She said she paid $20 for a 90 gal, but had a hard time finding it. I guess I would suggest phoning around to local plastic companies...
