Default Glass

There are numerous places in Calgary to buy glass and I was wondering where it's the cheapest? I am looking for a piece 33"x57"x1/4" for a project I am working on. Acrylic would probably work as well. Thanks.

Glass - try the Glass Guild.

Acrylic - try Industrial Paints and Plastics, and/or GE Polymershapes.

Don't have #'s offhand for either but they should be in the yellow pages.

Hope this helps!

PS. I've also bought glass from Home Solutions (they tend be a bit slow to get the glass ready though).

Tony,

Thanks for the info. I will try giving them a call on Monday. I usually go to JL Aqua when I need glass, but I figured this time I will do some price comparisons.

Danny,

I need the glass to build an incubator. The glass will sit in the door so I can see what's going without disrupting the temps.
