![]() Well I just hooked up my PM kalkreactor. It appears that a fairly tall height (24") is an inherent part of the design. Every so often the mixing pump circulates the kalk in the reactor and it makes a cloudy kalk suspension up to 1/2 way up the height of the reactor. The output of the reactor comes from the very top so it is the very clearest part of the water. If the reactor were too short then the cloudy kalk suspension could get dosed into the tank.
