6' x 2' x 1' tank drilled with two drains
Wood stand with magnetic doors (could use a fresh coat of paint, no water damage)
3' sump (will need to confirm measurements)
Plumbing included.

It can be picked up end of July. Deposit needed to hold. $400
I have other equipment that can be purchased with it, skimmer, jebao powerheads, ato tank, etc.
