|   Haha darn, I was going to ask how you didn’t have a huge mess… but sounds like you did lol.  I have the bean style drains as well.  I’m going to have to pull the pipes and give it a good clean, and of course the tank is against a wall.

What I ended up doing was taping up a huge sheet of painters poly wrap plastic on the wall and under the overflow around the tank.  That helped a lot.  Getting up there was awkward too.  I'm not a tall person so balancing on a combination of step stools and barstools was interesting.  Hopefully I'm good for another 5-10 years  |
