Looking for sand/substrate

I have about 100 lbs Aragonite oolitic sand. I was going to use it for my build but decided it is too fine, and it will most likely get blown around by gyres. Clean, dry and good to go.

I have one bucket of sand, basic white. Was planning to use it for my fuge but going to do algae scrubber instead. Pick up in Yaletown. Probably can cover a 30 gallons.

I have a bucket full of old sand, been stored for a few years.
Needs rinsing.
Mostly caribsea aragonite.
