Rebreathers still use a co2 scrubber media called Sofnolime. The catch is that unless you are talking with a technical dive shop (Ocean Quest in burnaby. ext) many don't do anything with rebreathers and wont carry they product. Also unless they sell sofnolime by the lb its quite expensive for a keg when you only need a half a lb a month for the scrubber. Calling a couple dive shops in your area wouldn't hurt or sourcing it in small amounts from a place like BRS would work. |
