LED lights / par meter help

Does it always happen? If you unplug and plug back in are the moonlights still not the same? I have never used a par meter and none of the LFS rent them out here. That being said J&L is pretty progressive and may mimic BRS rental.

Nope, there's definitely someone wrong with them, had similar issue with other set of lights. Sigh...
