Restart.
I would also begin keeping very accurate journals of changes within the water chemistry. Tracking any things I added to tank and hoiw much and when. Would no longer add ANY cure type additives such as liquid phosphate removers etcetc. If I added calcium chloride I would only add two part, and if possible dose Kalkwasser at night. 10 percent water change each week. Oh and I would attach an alarm to the aquarium lid! Sorry to hear bout that. -Les
