![]() Facebook and Instagram lit up yesterday with cries for help but as I like to say too many people were giving way too much bad information on how to protect tanks and giving limited or incomplete information. I tried my best to get people to come here to the forum and post or at least read and get good solid information
There was good information posted but it usually got lost in the social media panic with sadly many posters berating those not prepared on several social media platforms.

![]() I used to have 2 UPS one connected to a powerhead and another to an air stone sadly salt creep did both UPS in
I now have a generator but I have to be home to use it I also have a battery operated air stone that is supposed to kick in when I lose power it works in testing but the real thing your never really sure about

![]() I have a emergency generator and UPS, as well as several battery-operated air pumps.
Even better, our power lines are underground in our neighbourhood so we have that advantage. Anthony
