All of the tank occupants seem to be doing fine fish, shrimp, starfish, corals etc.. all appear to be healthy.

As Tarolisol suggested it likely may have been a defense mechanism, as my pair of cleaner shrimp can get a little over zealous in their duties and good intentions could be perceived as harassment. After a vigorous attempt at cleaning one of my Clowns the other day, my Clown spun around behind the cleaner and grabbed the shrimps tail in his mouth, it was hilarious to watch.
