Hmmm... To make it simple basically shortening the entire length of the glass. So if the tank is 24 inches high I'm making that Pane of glass 22. Straight cut fro. End to end. That way there's no messing with holes and no edges to create an uneven pressure point. Maybe this won't work for other reasons. Another way out. I have a 90 gal so its 48 long by 24 high. So I will cut a 2 inch strip off the top that's 48 inches long. Sent from my SM-G930W8 using Tapatalk

![]() Usually, the front and back panes support the side/end panes. With that in mind you'd have a gap between the overflow box and the sides.
