I called a few specialty shops in Edmonton area and they were saying you need a bigger order just to process a request.
Going to check Home Depot on days off but I don’t think they have the grey fittings I am looking for.

Any reason your opposed to reg white schedule 40 PVC??? It’s super cheap and 1” is rated to like 250-275 PSI
If you want a specific code lot why not just install it, tape it off and paint it.

Tell them you are a salt water aquarium geek and they'll help you out. They carry all sched 80 (grey) product except barb fittings. They have Spears valves too. They will sell you 1 or 100.
