You can buy a wet tile cutting saw from Canadian tire for about 100.00 / then you can invest in a nice circular saw-blade. The top of the line are 'Diamond tipped' and the results will be the same and you'll save a thousand dollars!

An Inland DB-100 would be over $400 USD on their website right now. I bought one several years ago and rarely ever use it so its in great shape and comes with a spare blade. If you really want one I'd be willing to sell for $300 CAD. https://inlandcraft.com/shop/saws/db...mond-band-saw/
 My simple $50 Princess Auto tile saw is nearly as versatile and is all I need anymore.
