I hope you feel better soon man! I have a herniated disc in my neck, a year and a half ago it got really bad; sharp pain in my neck and shoulder with tingling and numbness into my fingers. I basically couldn't move period for 3 weeks which is awesome when you are self employed!
I definitely know what you are going through and wouldn't wish it on anyone. I feel like your thread may turn to turn in to a back pain support group
