Your Calcium is also on the low side. Needs to be 420 ish.

What did you use to measure salinity? Refractometer or swing arm checker?

Corals will take a while to come around. Especially SPS. Keep things as stable as possible.

What's your Nitrate at?

+1 on local. I keep mine at 440. Nitrate is a limiting factor that sps hate. Keeping things stable and using lots of patients is key. Stop watching and they will grow.
