			 As someone who worked in the service industry for quite a few years in my 20's (anduccis) if you expect a tip for pick up, you're just being greedy. 
		
	
		
		
		
		
			I don't think most places expect a tip for pick up at all. If anything, leave 2-4% to cover the tip out to the kitchen/bar. Anymore than that and you're generous.
