My fish love bubble but leave my halimeda & red halimenia alone. Yellow tangs, elongate tang, queen angel & koran; although, if your's is a reef tank, skip the angels

When I harvest bubble out of my other tanks, I just toss it in to my main fish tank as a treat. They even prefer bubble to sushi sheets.

Just had a thought. By bubble, are you refering to grape caulerpa or to those really hard marble-like encrusting algae. Nothing I have goes near the marbles.

reefnut,

You and I are on the same wavelength here; infact, I just posted a thread about my bubble algae problem too. I have a 20gal main and don't have the room for any of those fish choices. I have heard that emerald crabs are a possible solution - hopefully someone replies to my post. I'll let you know.
