So this BBQ mat thingy ....
I've read up on it a bit ; It states to not expose it to flames Steve, do you have deflectors in your unit ? I only have cast grilles and open flames under my ceramic blocks so I'm a bit concerned about using a mat with my setup. PS; great food ideas everyone! Thanks
