![]() I'm very pleased to say Jeff did call me today. Even before the store actually opened. We talked about what had happened and how things can change for the better in the future for situations like this. (Someone waiting such a long time for something rare)
And yes everyone was right. Jeff did make it right. I still don't have the fish because it was gone. But at least he and I came to a conclusion about this matter. I felt bad for posting this for everyone to see but at the time I was really ticked off. To be able to see the fish. the one I waited for 6 months and not to be able to take him/her home was a bad feeling. Anyways thank you Jeff. ![]() You will never know if you would have received the same treatment had you not made a public complaint.
Chances are, you would have as most people report excellent service from J&L. Good on you for reposting here to ensure everyone knows that JL came through at the end of the day. we all know mistakes happen and I think that what all of us really expect is for companies to accept accountability for their mistakes and at least offer to do what is in their power to make it right. |
