According to a local store that uses these guys as a supplier, these are apparently the same ballasts in the ATI fixtures. I've only been running them as supplemental for a few months. If you want, just get the ballast itself without the kit and I have all these extra brand new standoffs and waterproof end caps and wire that are new that came with my kit that I never used because I just used some Hagen end caps I had lying around. I have 4 x 30" reflectors too. You can have all that for $15. That should save you even more cash.
